Check-in
From 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Official id is required for each guest.
No Parties
Parties/events are not allowed Guests need be quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
For safety and building regulations, it is strictly prohibited to bring sex workers or engage in any form of commercial sexual activity within the apartment.
Pets
Pets are allowed on request to the Property Manager.
No smoking
Smoking is not allowed.
Fix Alert
If you notice anything not working, missing or damaged during your stay, please let us know so we can promptly fix it for the next guest.

Ocean View Details
Please note that while the condo offers a direct frontal view of the ocean, it does not provide a full 360-degree panoramic view, as there are neighboring buildings adjacent to the windows. The view is still stunning and perfect for beach lovers, but it’s not entirely unobstructed.
This setup allows us to offer the property at a much more affordable rate compared to similar beachfront rentals with full panoramic views—making it a smart and budget-friendly choice for travelers who want location, comfort, and value.
